Doxsys Innovations ("we", "us") operates doxsysinnovations.com and our Facebook Page, including the AI chat assistant available on both. This policy explains what information we collect through those channels, how we use it, and how you can request its removal.
Information we collect
- Chat messages you send to our AI assistant, on the website or via Facebook Messenger, so we can generate a relevant reply and keep track of the conversation.
- Facebook profile information — if you message us on Facebook, we receive your Page-Scoped ID and public name from Meta, which we use to identify your conversation and address you by name.
- Booking details you provide when scheduling a call — your name, email address, requested date/time, and any notes you add.
How we use your information
We use the information above only to:
- Answer your questions and respond to you in the chat.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or follow up on appointments you request.
- Improve the accuracy and relevance of our AI assistant's replies.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-party services we use
To operate the assistant and booking system, your information passes through:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes chat messages to generate replies.
- Meta / Facebook Messenger Platform — delivers and receives messages if you contact us via Messenger.
- Supabase — stores chat history and appointment records.
- Resend — sends booking confirmation and update emails.
Data retention & deletion
We keep chat history and appointment records only as long as needed to provide the service described above. You can request that we delete your information at any time by emailing hello@doxsysinnovations.com with the email address or Facebook name you used to contact us. We will remove your chat history and any associated appointment records within a reasonable time.
